在亚马逊被跟卖的情况，相信商家们也很知道的了，大鱼吃小鱼，小鱼吃虾米，没有实力的商家是很容易被被同行跟卖了，在遇到跟卖的时候，其实商家也是很憋屈的，自己好不容易做起来的listing，就这样被同行空手套白狼夺取了，最后还失去了编辑listing的权限。
首先跟卖这个规则是亚马逊制定的，在亚马逊跟卖是合法的，尤其是产品来自正规的销售渠道，所以我们在亚马逊开店的时候，除了遵守规则之外，也是可以采用合法的手段来维护自己的权益的。
首先我们遇到了跟卖的情况时，可以先跟卖家沟通，发警告信，以下是警告信邮件模板，替换对应文字即可：
自己品牌名称—A( 授权之品牌名称或是已注册之品牌名称)
对方品牌名称—B( 卖家要投诉之对象名称或是品牌名称)

如果写信给跟卖者，依旧置之不理的话，那就需要在美国亚马逊通过商标证书投诉跟卖侵权。
警告或投诉是无用的，再次提醒24小时后不听警告，你购买卖家的假冒产品，最好写外国朋友的地址。收到商品后，拍照并列出照片和假冒产品与正品的区别，并将所有信息发送给亚马逊官方。
如果确认，卖家不仅需要立即撤销他销售的商品，还需要退款给他购买的买家。此举是一种非常有效的举报和销售方法，商家们在遇到跟卖的情况要跟官方去沟通，让平台去处理，这样才是明智的做法哦。
